MEETING MINUTES
May 18, 2017
Regular Meeting

7:00 PM Public Meeting:
Chair Condon opened the meeting at 7:00.
Business Meeting
Chair Condon points out that we did not print out minutes from the last meeting.
The board will review minutes of May 4th at the next meeting.
Masterplan Vision Statement
The board reads over the revised copy of the vision statement.
Chair Condon opens it up for discussion. Mr. Holmes would like to see the bullet points added as part of the vision page.
Discussion and wordsmithing suggestions continue.
Motion: Mr. Holmes makes a motion that the last two sentences of the vision statement be deleted. Ms. Rosansky seconds the motion.
Discussion
Vote: By a voice vote, all agreed
All in favor, the last two sentences are deleted.
Discussion ensues
Mr. Holmes will type up the revised vison to include bullet points as discussed.
The board will read and take notes on the existing current land use
and land use section of the master plan to be able to discuss at the next meeting how it can best be revised.
CIP Update
Motion: Mr. McDonald makes a motion that the Select boards take the
Planning Board’s suggestion to appoint Mr. Ron Haggett to be one of the CIP members.
Mr. Holmes seconds this motion
Roll Call Vote: Holmes yes, MacDonald yes, Edwards yes, Cahoon yes, Condon yes, Rosansky yes, McEwen abstained
Discussion continues and a CIP meeting date is set for May 25th
Motion: Ms. Cahoon made a motion to adjourn Ms. Rosansky seconded the motion.
Vote: By a voice vote, all agreed
Meeting adjourned 7:20 pm
